Half-timbered town of Eppingen
There are currently about 780 employees at the main site in Eppingen. Eppingen is not only the head office, but also a production, sales and service office.
Eppingen is located in the triangle with points at Karlsruhe, Heilbronn and Heidelberg, in the heart of the Kraichgau region in Baden-Württemberg. The large district town with a population of around 21,000 is approx. 25 km from Heilbronn and approx. 50 km from Heidelberg and Karlsruhe. Thanks to the excellent local rail S-Bahn connections, lines S4 and S5, the cities surrounding Eppingen can be reached every half an hour. The A6 motorway junction at Sinsheim-Steinsfurt is just 15 minutes away from Eppingen.
Nearby attractions and destinations make Eppingen a town with a high quality of life: Visit one of the beautiful half-timbered buildings from the 15th and 16th centuries, hike on the nearby Ravensburg or cheer TSG 1899 Hoffenheim at a top-flight Bundesliga football match in the Rhein-Neckar Arena.
In addition to beautiful buildings and an excellent infrastructure, the half-timbered town of Eppingen can also offer a wide range of social facilities. Eppingen provides the right care for children of all ages. There are already two day care centres and a third is currently under construction. In Eppingen and its associated districts, a total of 13 kindergarten are available to take care of your children. In its various neighbourhoods, Eppingen has a total of eight primary schools. On campus there is a Gemeinschaftsschule (community school), a Realschule (secondary school), a Gymnasium (academic secondary school) and a cafeteria for all students of the campus.
Eppingen has a long tradition of voluntary work and, with 200 associations and groups, it offers a wide variety of opportunities for cultural and sporting involvement.
