Cooling and clamping

After the pressing process, cooling and clamping molds ensure contour-accurate cooling of hot components. For this we have developed multiple individual modules from the doube cooling mold and rotary table clamping mold to the space-saving cooling paternoster.

Finishing

The use of robot-guided deburring tools make it possible to automate the reworking process and thus optimize costs. Milling and water jet cutting processes are used to machine cut-outs and fastening holes into the component.

Gluing

Sophisticated gluing equipment allows the two-shell components to be combined.
