Dieffenbacher supplies presses in a standard version or as a high-precision press with an active, servo-controlled parallel motion system. The press design fulfills the requirements for fiber-reinforced plastics.

High structural rigidity, guides accommodating thermal expansion as well as control technology adapted to the flow process meet the quality demands of our customers. Quality controls and verifications on the components produced are provided via process data acquisition and archiving.

An appropriate press system is available for every application, depending on the requirements in terms of part geometry, specified tolerance values and surface quality (class A). A tried-and-tested design principle as well as the use of standard components that have proven themselves in practice are guarantors of high reliability.
