Dieffenbacher turnkey plants for the production of pellets

Effective immediately Dieffenbacher offers turnkey plants for the production of pellets. The Know-How gained by Dieffenbacher from many references in the wood panel industry, especially from particleboard plants, is directly transferable to pellet plants and guarantees a sound plant concept.  Major elements (heat energy generation, dryer, screen, cleaning, process control, plant engineering) are down in house and also by integrating superior sub suppliers a fast and smooth start-up is achieved. Dieffenbacher guarantees the plant capacity and the product quality as well as major other parameters.

Especially important for the quality of the pellets and for low wear part costs of the pellet presses and the hammer mills is the cleaning of the furnish from minerals. The Dieffenbacher ClassiCleaner™ takes care of this.

The Pellet plants are offered for all raw materials (logs, sawmill residuals, whole tree chips and some kinds of recycled wood) and for the use of the pellets in power plants as well as in household stoves.
