Dieffenbacher Group at the Xylexpo
From 08 – 12 May 2012 the Dieffenbacher Group will exhibit its portfolio at the Xylexpo Fair in Milano, Italy.
Together with its subsidiary SWPM Dieffenbacher will offer plant concepts for complete plants of all sizes. Focus is on four topics.
Under the keywords “raw materials and efficiency”, Dieffenbacher will present proven and new solutions and processes from the material preparation up to spreading. The processing of recycled wood and wood substitutes, energy-saving reduction technologies, economical gluing concepts as well as new ideas in PB spreading are further themes.
Besides, Dieffenbacher will focus on actual technical developments of the
CPS press. A decisive equipment feature is the parallel press gap system (PPS). The innovative pressure distribution principle for extremely small press gap variations in working direction was originally developed for the thin board production in 2006 and has been used since two years in all Dieffenbacher presses. A combination of pressing and pulling multipot cylinders enables the highly-precise thickness distribution over the board width. Particularly with the lightweight board production, an absolutely stable heating platen alignment will be possible, independently from the actual mat counter-pressure.
The Dieffenbacher Group not only positions itself as a premium supplier for large projects. For small and medium capacities of 200 up to 800 cubic meters the Chinese subsidiary SWPM offers the appropriate plant components. Numerous successful plants with the 4-ft press ContiPlus were realized in China. But also beyond China, the ContiPlus convinces of quality and reliability. Actually, a PB plant is being supplied to the Thai Vanachai Group, the main board manufacturer in Asia. This project shows another special possibility with Dieffenbacher. Whereas the press is supplied by SWPM, other components like, for example, the forming station are made available by Dieffenbacher.
In the fourth place, Dieffenbacher presents its new pellet plant for the production of industrial pellets. With an actual project with Westervelt Renewabley Energy in Alabama, USA as well as further orders from Europe, Dieffenbacher also gives proof in a further branch of its capability and innovation strength..
