The PROjet optimisation system for blow line blending consists of hardware- and software components, which together, achieve significant savings in resin consumption. The precise control of the gluing components, a new developed injection nozzle technique and the optimisation of the blow line diameter reduce the risk of glue lumps and considerably improve fibre blending efficiency. Significant savings in resin consumption and reduced energy consumption of the dryer can be achieved, resulting in a reduction of the overall production costs of up to 15%.
