The PROjet optimisation system for blow line blending consists of hardware- and software components, which together, achieve significant savings in resin consumption. The precise control of the gluing components, a new developed injection nozzle technique and the optimisation of the blow line diameter reduce the risk of glue lumps and considerably improve fibre blending efficiency.
