The ClassiScreen is designed specifically for processing a variety of raw materials: wet chips, recycled raw material, mixtures of saw dust and wet/dry flakes.

The screening process makes it possible to eliminate a significant amount of dust and contaminated fine fractions from the raw material to help improve board surface quality and color. The screened fines can be used as fuel.

ClassiScreen classifies the wood material by thickness. The material can be sorted into desired required fractions, for example to fines, flakes, mini chips, chips and oversized.

The modular design allows for installation and start-up. Transportation is made economical in containers or by standard delivery truck.

The roller screening system can be easily modified to provide both screening and cleaning in one unit.
