Reliability is the key element of continuous panel board production, especially of the press out feed line. The board exits a press and moves through to sawing and cooling without interruptions. It’s as simple as that.

As the board exits the press, saw units cut it into master panel sizes. The edges of the board are trimmed.

Defective boards are monitored by thickness gauge, blow detector and weigh scales, and removed from the process.

Accepted boards are conveyed to cooling either directly or through pre-stacking.
