Surface, core and combined forming with Diamond rolls

ClassiFormer technology delivers improved surface quality and lower surface layer thickness. In core forming, it classifies part of the finer core particles to provide a special support layer against surface flakes, and makes a homogeneous inner core. The advanced forming technology provides a homogenous core layer minimizing the surface flake requirement.

Surface forming by air-assisted Diamond roll forming

The ClassiFormer SX combines the best features of mechanical and wind forming. The development work has been focused on providing a very high-quality board surface for further finishing. Panel production costs can be reduced by using thinner paper and less paint in finishing when the forming delivers non-porous and smooth surface quality.
