Training and promotion of new talent

We set great store on the training and development of our employees, both in technical and commercial careers. The aim is both to hire apprentices upon successful completion of their training and, if they have the aptitude, to support and accompany them in acquiring additional qualifications as part of a development programme. As part of our collaboration with schools in the region, we establish contact with potential future employees and junior employees for our company at an early stage.

Further education and training

All employees—from apprentice to manager—can choose from a wide range of opportunities for personal development. The Dieffenbacher training programme allows our employees to build on their technical, methodological, social and personal skills. We also ensure targeted and individual personal development of our staff, so that they can constantly build on their knowledge.
